Programs
St. Luke’s LifeWorks offers a variety of housing options for participants in our programs. These include emergency, transitional, and permanent supportive housing. Each residential program offers support to participants by trained Life Planning Coaches and Mentors who help participants create a life plan, work with them to achieve their goals, connect them to community resources, advocate on their behalf, and serve as role models.
Our programs for children and youth are designed to provide the families with comprehensive services to support them on their road to self-sufficiency. These comprehensive services focus on: academics, education, parent enrichment, recreation, physical health, mental wellness, social skills, and community outreach.
