Some helpful information:
Clothing – Clothing is accepted only by appointment. Please call us before dropping off any donations of clothing. We accept clothing for babies and children, as well as career-wear for men and women. For women, plus-sized clothing is generally more needed. We ask that clothing be clean with no rips or tears, in season, and in style.
Toys – Sponsor a child to receive gifts for the holidays this year by getting involved with our 20th annual Holiday Gift Collection. Children affected by homelessness and poverty depend on the Collection as a source of cheer during difficult times. Contact Takeia McAlister to learn more: tmcalister@stlukeslifeworks.org
Computers – Computer Equipment is accepted on an as-needed basis and must be pre-arranged.
Furniture - Due to storage limitations, we are only able to accept donations of furniture when it can be used immediately in one of our residential programs or by a participant who is moving into independent housing. If possible, send a photo of furniture you would like to donate to Elaine@stlukeslifeworks.org to help us determine more quickly if it is something that we can accept. Our ability to pick up donated items is also limited. If you are interested in volunteering to help pick up and deliver donations, please let us know.
Cars – Please visit http://donationline.com if you are interested in donating your car, boat or other recreational vehicle to help support St. Luke’s LifeWorks.
